This will be an opportunity to talk about the development of remote areas, coastal towns, areas where the population have marine wealth, but who has no means and does not know how to exploit them.
The trades of the sea can allow to certain cities where there are many fishermen to enjoy of an economic development through this area. We have already identified two people who will establish this Commission, which will consist of fishermen, academics, members of government officials.
